1. Who we are
Paynorma is a brand of Western Fintrade Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This policy applies to every Paynorma product surface, including paynorma.com and the loan-application wizard.
2. What we collect
We collect identity, contact, employment, income and transactional information necessary to underwrite and service loans. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the lending partner originating your loan, and with regulators and service providers as required by law.
3. How we use it
Data is used to check eligibility, underwrite credit, disburse and service the loan, prevent fraud, communicate with you, and meet regulatory obligations under the laws of India. Including the RBI's digital-lending guidelines.
4. Where it is stored
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure located in India. Access is restricted to authorised employees and contractors under role-based controls.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to record-keeping obligations imposed by the Reserve Bank of India.
