1. Who we are
Paynorma is a brand of Western Fintrade Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This policy applies to every Paynorma product surface, including the Paynorma App and Paynorma Console.
2. What we collect
We collect identity, contact, employment, transactional and device information that is necessary to deliver our products. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties except as required to deliver the service or to comply with applicable law.
3. How we use it
Personal and transactional data is used to operate payments, underwrite credit, reconcile ledgers, prevent fraud, communicate with you, and meet regulatory obligations under the laws of India.
4. Where it is stored
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure located in India. Access is restricted to authorised employees and contractors under role-based controls.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to record-keeping obligations imposed by the Reserve Bank of India and other regulators.
