FAQs

Answers to what people ask.

Can Paynorma pay the hospital directly?

Yes. With the hospital-direct option, the loan is disbursed to the hospital's account against a signed estimate. You receive the sanction letter for records.

Does this work for planned surgeries too?

Yes. In fact, planning ahead lets us pre-approve you before admission so you're not filling forms at the reception.

Is a co-applicant required?

Only if the patient is a minor or if the borrower's income needs bolstering. Most cases go through single-applicant.

What treatments are not eligible?

Cosmetic-only elective procedures and treatments where hospital verification isn't possible are typically declined by the lending partner.

Can I claim insurance and take this loan?

Yes. Many patients use the loan to pay upfront and repay it once the insurance reimbursement clears.
