1. Acceptance
By accessing paynorma.com or applying for a loan, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
Loans on Paynorma are offered to Indian residents aged 21 or older, or to Non-Resident Indians per the NRI Loan product terms.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the safekeeping of your credentials, and for activity on your account.
4. Fees
Every fee (processing, interest, GST, late fees, foreclosure) is disclosed on the key-fact statement before you accept an offer. Paynorma may revise the standard fee schedule with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paynorma's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
